Walk 15 minutes to Land Park and the Sacramento Zoo! Enjoy your stay in comfort with a king-sized bed, new TV for streaming, beautifully appointed bathroom and kitchen. A private entrance/parking will make your stay comfortable and effortless. We welcome your well-behaved furry friends for a nominal fee.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish newly remodeled cottage. With a perfect mix of vintage and modern amenities, this cottage is a unique space that has been thoughtfully curated and designed for guests. You would be staying in a sought after location - close to some of Sacramento’s finest local hangouts including ice cream parlors, yoga studios, dog parks, breweries, and so much more. Additionally - it’s within minutes of UC Davis med center, Mcgeorge law school and Sac City College.

This is a spacious home, with a full kitchen, on a quiet dead end road. There is off street parking with security cameras. We offer our guests the use of the t.v./xbox and roku with hbo, Hulu. . We just finished some the interior, but are always trying to improve and update. it's an old house and isn't perfect. We are open to ideas! Let us know if there's any amenities you would like. Also, we are working diligently on a plan for our yard and garden coming fall 2026, a work in progress!
