Located on 85 private acres with great views this is the perfect winter get away. In the summer you can relax by the firepit, hike in the woods, work in the gardens (just kidding), collect breakfast from the chickens or visit some of the local breweries. I am as close or as far away as you would like me to be with my house right next door.

The Loft at Weathersfield

Close to Okemo, The Loft at Weathersfield, is just 1/2 hour south of Woodstock / Hanover area and 22 minutes from Okemo Mountain. The Loft, is located in a private agricultural setting with easy access to Vermont's best biking, hiking, fly fishing, skiing, and many equine trails. The loft is 900 square feet with a kitchen/dining room, living room, full bath, one bedroom with a queen bed and one twin bed. There is a spacious deck off the kitchen and a car port underneath.

This spacious studio apartment is located in the former Swedish Congregational Church in historic Swedeville, a secluded hilly neighborhood built by Swedish immigrants in the 1800's. For years it housed Rick and Liza’s stained glass studio, which they have now lovingly and creatively transformed into a residence. The rental is minutes from the interstate and one mile from downtown Brattleboro, but the neighborhood has a rural and somewhat European flavor to it.

This is an open, light-filled one-Bdm apartment on the lower level of our hillside home, surrounded by forests, with stunning views. Your space is 719 sf + access to laundry. We are fully vaccinated, and ask the same of guests. If you think you may have Covid please tell us. Come relax in the great room! Large space with full bathroom, beautiful picture windows, spacious closet, and use of deck included. Deck includes a cozy fire pit table, gas grill, and a nice view of the beaver pond, great for bird watching! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are traveling with children and/or pets, we are often able to accommodate on a case by case basis. Please note stairs are required for entry via the deck entrance.
