Mysigt gårdshus

Hej, vi är en familj som hyr ut ett attefalls/ tiny house på Sofiehem. Närhet till älven, sjukhus och universitetsområdet. Huset är på 25 kvm plus ett sovloft och altan. Läget är mysigt, lugnt och tyst. Stor altan med sittmöbler samt möjlighet att låna grill. Grön och lummig trädgård. Om man har svårt att klättra upp till sovloftet finns en extra säng att ställa in i huset. Inredningen är ny och fräsch, och hemmet känns ljust och gemytligt. Nära till flygplats och hållplats för flygbussen.

Trevlig gäststuga vid sjöstrand

Här bor ni lungt och fridfullt tio minuter från Umeå. Eget hus (gårdshus) 40 kvadrat med ett fullständigt utrustat kök med diskmaskin. Huset består vidare av ett trevligt vardagsrum med TV och supersnabbt Wifi, 1 sovrum med två bäddar, även tillgång till extrabädd finns i form av en skön sov madrass att lägga på golvet. Toalett med dusch som även inrymmer en kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sköna fullstora sängar 80x200cm samt en extrasäng resårmadrass 80x200cm, med bäddmadrass.

You'll love my large and cozy cabin equipped with everything you need , the nearby mountaintops and the wild nature. The house is homey with large airy spaces, and a cozy stove in the middle. My accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. Nearby we have Kittelfjäll well known for its extreme and varied skiing.

Välkomna att hyra vårt nya hus i Borgafjäll. En pärla till fjäll & skidort! Stugan ligger på Klöverbackens stugområde vid foten av Klöverfjället. Stugan rymmer åtta personer, har magisk utsikt och fina materialval. Stort kombinerat kök - vardagsrum med braskamin. Bastu. Ute på tomten en liten porlande fjällbäck och grillplats. Vandring och skidåkning runt knuten och endast fem minuter med bil till byn, Borga skicenter och backarna. Fiber samt laddare för elbil. Pälsdjur ej tillåtna!

Beautiful Cabin

In our typically Swedish guest hut, you will find 30m2 of space in two rooms. In the sleeping area you will find two very comfortable boxspring beds, which can be used as a double bed or as single beds. In our small kitchenette, which is very comfortably equipped and the practical small oven, you could easily prepare a delicious meal. The woodburning stove radiates the charm of hut romanticism and lets you relax in comforting warmth. There are several dogs in the area!

På övre plan finns två sovrum med 6 sovplatser. - Tillgång till bastu finns i ett intilliggande hus, inklusive dusch och toalett. I huset finns också en bäddsoffa som rymmer två gäster. - Badstrand i närheten. - Närmaste matvarubutik finns i Bygdsiljum, 8 km bort - Närhet till slalombacke, 8 km.

Mindre stuga endast 15m till älven! Bra Solläge! Fullutrustat kök. Dusch, wc och tvätt/torkmaskin. 48" TV med chromecast. 160 dubbelsäng. 140 bäddsoffa. Vedeldad bastu & spabad finns, 750kr/4h spabad, 750kr/4h bastu. Sängkläder/handduk hyra 150kr per person. Spabad garanteras inte när bokning sker mindre än 5 dygn före.(rengöring, kem o klor) Njut av utsikten, fina promenad stråk, nära centrala stan, naturreservat, Ica maxi & Avion.
