“Through the Willows” is a luxurious self contained cabin room set in the 4.5 acres of our Tudor farm. It has a super king bed, bathroom with shower, seating area, smart TV and a good sized table to have breakfast. There is a small utility area with a fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a KitchenAid toaster and kettle. A breakfast basket is provided. Give yourself the weekend off cooking and walk into historic Bradford on Avon with its wonderful restaurants and pubs.

The grade 2 listed 'Charlotte Cottage' is the first in the run of former servants cottages. This beautiful limestone built cottage has an open plan kitchen and lounge with glazed door that opens on to a patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. Beyond is Langton halls back lawn which leads to 20 acres of parkland for you to explore at your leisure. Located within our grounds is an idyllic waterfall- perfect for picnics. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
