Willkommen in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Die Lage ist wunderschön ländlich vor den Toren Kölns und gut angebunden: Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Bahnhof zu Fuß in 10min erreichbar (RB25: Köln Hbf oder Deutz Messe 25min, Flughafen 20min). Self Check-In, separater Eingang. Es ist ein großer Raum plus Bad mit Marmordusche. Ideal für 1 bis 3 Personen, mit zusätzlicher Matratze können problemlos 4 Personen übernachten. Ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und einer kleinen Bibliothek.

Ferien, Messe, Geschäftsreisen, kleine Fotoshooting (nur auf Anfrage), Wochenendurlaub... Gefällt Ihnen das Andere, Besondere? Dann liegen wir auf einer Wellenlänge. Die komplett sanierte Degenfabrik bietet Ihnen ein Ambiente, das die Zeit ein wenig langsamer laufen lässt. Parkplatz vorhanden, 10 bis 15 min zur City, diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte, Regionalbahnanbindung. Die Sportanlage liegt hinter dem Haus. Im selben Gebäude betreiben wir eine Kunstgalerie, die gerne besichtigt werden kann.

Das Apartment liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Uniklinikums und ist der ideale Rückzugsort für alle, die Angehörige begleiten oder besuchen. Natürlich sind uns auch andere Gäste herzlich willkommen! Das Naturschutzgebiet Kottenforst ist fußläufig zu erreichen und lädt ein zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren. Das Apartment ist gut angebunden, die Innenstadt mit dem Bus in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Im Apartment kann nicht gekocht werden, aber Restaurants und die Mensa befinden sich in der Nähe.

Umgeben von Grünflächen mit Blick auf das Siebengebirge & den Petersberg - trotzdem in City- & Rheinnähe zum spazieren und Sonnenbaden. Bei eurem Aufenthalt soll es euch an nichts fehlen. Von Bademänteln über Bügelbrett & Bügeleisen bis hin zum HDMI-Kabel ist alles vorhanden. Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch und sind bei Fragen gerne für Euch da.

The apartment is located in a small village and is right on the Wahner Heide. The Cologne/Bonn airport is about 10 minutes away (car). Ideal for commuters/trade fair visitors, about 25 minutes to Cologne Deutz (car). We recommend arriving by car, the bus runs twice an hour. The apartment is in the basement of a single-family house and can be reached via a separate entrance through the garage and a connected staircase. A small terrace invites you to relax.
