Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. It is a twenty minute walk or short drive to the beach and only a ten minute walk to the surf shops, cafes and breweries precinct on the Surf Coast Highway.
