It's savory and sweet and when the line is too long at Broder, this place does not disappoint. And there's a disco ball in the bathroom.

Perfect Belgian waffles with bacon, fruit, whipped cream, pork belly, or just with a nicely cooked organic egg on the side. Many organic menu items. Yum yum.

A local favorite! Give a pitying smile to the crowds lined up outside Broder Cafe during the brunch rush, as you sail up to the counter and order delicious Belgian leige-style waffles. A great spot to grab a bite and people-watch, with plenty of sweet and savory waffle combinations.

Who doesn't like waffles? Besides they put the entire meal on a waffle! Super Good!
