Bygget i massivtre, med et areal på 27 m2, gir den akkurat plass til det du trenger for en avslappende tur vekk fra hverdagen. Det er en grunn og barnevennlig sandstrand. 10-12 meter ut er det gode dypdeforhold. Gode fiskemuligheter, med forskjellige lokale fiskeslag TVen er tilkoblet med Apple TV

Leiligheten har en fantastisk beliggenhet med sjøutsikt midt i Svelvik sentrum. Gangavstand til alle fasiliteter som restauranter, butikker, serveringssteder, badeplasser mm. Leiligheten har fasiliteter som vannbåren varme, vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap, fryser, komfyr (induksjon), Smart-TV og trådløst WiFi. Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Gratis parkering- 2 plasser, 1 plass i carport. Uteplass, solfylt og koselig liten hage. Rolig og fredlig sted. Det er bratt bakke opp til huset. Om vinteren kan det være glatt. Det er grus og måkeredskaper tilgjengelig.
