You can comfortably sleep 5–there’s a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen bed that can be curtained off in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft space above. The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.

Our ranch has breathtaking views of the mountains and is minutes away from bike riding, golf, hiking, beaches, horse back riding, wine tasting, and much, much more.
