Perfectly located by the water, yet well-connected to the centre,1min away from 2 grocery shops in a new modern neighbourhood. It has 1 bedroom +there is a sofa in the living room. It's not a sleeping sofa, but has removable pillows, so can work for 1adult/teenager.
