This is open plan home with a big family room, 60" TV above electric fireplace, formal dining room seats 6 with the bar seats 4. Master has 55"TV

2 br/ 2 ba on 5 acres. 2-car carport, cental a/c, laundry room w washer/dryer, 1 queen, 1 king bed, full appliances, private. UTC mall, Publix, and rt 75 are literally minutes away. Sarasota Bay is approximately 15 min drive. Must not be afraid of dogs as we have 2 friendly labs that wander the property :). *****Gym is located on property with coded entrance. Available 5am-9pm when not being used for personal training business (appr 6 hours a week). ****ALL Guests must be over age 18.
