On the North Shore of Massachusetts, about 26 miles from Boston, Beverly has small-town charm coupled with a city identity. Located close to vibrant Cabot Street in downtown, there are recreation, shopping, and dining options for all tastes. Beverly has excellent access to Route 128 and five commuter rail stations. The house is just a 10-15 minute walk to the Beverly Depot (first Beverly stop on the MBTA commuter rail). It's a bout a 20 minute ride to North Station in Boston.

Ground level. Spacious room with a King Bed and a bonus smroom with a ( twin pull out bed) couch and desk/vanity. The sizeable bathroom is freshly remodeled. Kitchenette has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. It is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from a rail trail, route 62, interstate 95 route 1 and route 128. Off Street parking. We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Architectural charm in this newly renovated, eco-friendly guest suite, could be a destination in itself with a granite kitchen, open living/dining, large yard, patio, private outdoor fireplace and fountain, and brick courtyard. Conveniently located, less than an 8-minute ride from downtown Salem. Please note: There is a separate Airbnb unit located upstairs in the main house, with its own private entrance. You will not have any direct interaction with other guests, but you will occasionally hear some noise from the other unit.

Downtown Marblehead! Separate entrance to a private one bedroom/one bathroom apartment with living area and efficiency kitchen. Enjoy your own space in the Shipyard District just of off Atlantic Ave, close to Old Town, yacht clubs, and Devereaux Beach. This is a separate space within a larger house with parking. The ceilings are low (this is Marblehead, after all), and the space is the downstairs unit of a three level house. Anyone over about 6 feet will need to watch their head!
