House Katina is traditional stone house renovated in 2022 located in the village Rovinjsko Selo, 7km from Rovinj. The house is ideal for 4 adults but can accommodate up to 6 people. Open space living room and fully equipped kitchen are on the ground floor and are connected to the outdoor dining area and garden. Upstairs you will find bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom with double bed, big comfortable bathroom, and third bedroom in the attic area with two sigle beds.

There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
