The Clockhouse is a fabulous self-contained lodge in a semi rural setting with its own private garden area, off street parking & superb transport links to London (45 min) & LGW/LHR airports (30/90 min) .A spacious & tranquil open plan living area offering flexible accommodation has the added advantage of a double bed & x2 single sofa beds, a splendid shower room & a well equipped kitchen. The separate private access means privacy & relaxation is assured & makes for a perfect base all year round.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner (in Winter months) and a large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside (wood not included). Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
