Enjoy the whole building rent in a traditional kyoto's machiya! Tsubaki Ann Kyoto, is a newly renovated machiya (traditional style house) built more than 90 years ago. You will experience the traditional life style in Kyoto, but also enjoy the modern facilities such as clean bathrooms and kitchen. It is conveniently located in the city of Kyoto and has a great access to Kinkakuji and Arashiyama. You will receive a warm welcome and full support from friendly staffs who have lived overseas.

Please use our kitchen for simple cooking. The nearest stations are Oji Station on the JR Line and Goido Station on the Kintetsu Line. I'll come pick you up until 5pm. Please use the bus to return home. There is a bus stop nearby. If you are arriving by car, there is parking available on site. From Oji station: 15 minutes to Nara, 18 minutes to Osaka, 1 and a half hour to Kyoto, 1 and a half hour to Kobe, Mt. Koya and Yoshino are also not far away. Hotel business license number 71703003

My wife lived when she was in junior high school. We had a full renovation for guest house. This region is near schools, daycare compare to the busy and crowded area, it is quiet.
