Located on a quiet, beautiful country road in Unadilla, NY sits our cozy 900 sq ft Hilltop Camp with an incredible view that lets you see for miles. We are a few short minutes from the Gilbertsville Farmhouse, Far View Farms, and also conveniently located to Cooperstown All Star Village (17 miles) and Cooperstown Dreams Park (37 miles). Copes Corner Park is 3 miles away where you can fish or launch a kayak. The Unadilla Drive-In, breweries, snowmobile trails, and places to hike are also nearby.

The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is 30 steps away (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used w/ your own accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact or need anything.

Family friendly atmosphere that includes a 3 bedroom house with kitchen amenities, a charcoal grill, and fire pit. The house has WiFi with a smart tv in each of the three bedrooms. Screened-in porch that overlooks a lake-sized pond.

The living room has a wood burning fireplace made with handcrafted stone. In front of the fireplace the home has a glass floor to see fish, turtles, frogs, and more! The home is located on 200 acres with only 4 other log cabins.

This guest suite has all the comforts of home. It's a comfortable walk or bike ride to the Hall of Fame, historic downtown, the Farmer's Museum and beautiful Otsego Lake. A 24-hour grocery store is around the corner and we're close to the trolley that will take you all over Cooperstown in the summer. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Brewery Ommegang. Please note, there is no TV or cable in the suite. Just Wi-Fi.

The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids) just be careful there is a steep latter going up the bedroom.

If your group would like to spread out, we have an option to add a 4th bedroom and living space with a basement apartment option. Decks on both the front & back of the home let you enjoy all the surrounding nature.
