Vacation or work at our comfortable waterfront kitchenette studio in the heart of Fort Walton Beach. The sugar white sand beaches are just a short drive away, and adventure awaits right at your doorstep on Santa Rosa Sound. Includes pool and marina! Boat slip (28 Ft) available! The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. We are real owner-hosts and strive to keep our unit spotless and well supplied for our cherished guests.

Spacious, Cozy and Private

My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them.

Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge. See below.

It includes a queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Not to mention a breakfast bar and 55” TV with surround sound. You can stand on the back deck and see views of the sugary white sand beaches that are right across the street from our place. Beach service at our private beach for 2 included from March-October.

Enjoy beautiful blue skies and gorgeous sunsets over the Santa Rosa Sound, while looking out over the marina from your very own private deck! This gorgeous studio unit has one of the best views in the entire 120 room complex! Located in the preferred A building, this Non-Smoking, NO PETS ALLOWED, sparkling clean top floor unit has a beautiful bathroom with full size tile shower and newer plumbing fixtures. Marina slip is not available for rent at this time.
