Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, 2 cats, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

The Craftsman @Windrock- Hot Tub

Come on in with your family and bring your friends to The Craftsman. Relax after an exciting day at Windrock, (12 minutes to The General Store) or Brushy Mountain (18 minutes) both minutes away from this completely updated custom house. Enjoy some time in the hot tub located behind a privacy fence or sit on the deck and enjoy grilling out with family and friends. There is trailer parking and additional spaces for cars. No direct trail access, does have a UTV route to check in without trailering.

There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. Check ahead for availability. There is a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.

Welcome to Chancey's Place at Faith Acre Farms, a 30 acre horse farm in lovely East Tennessee. Close to everything Knoxville has to offer and yet far enough away to hear the quiet of nature. 15 minutes to Windrock Park with ample parking for a trailer. You will have this one bedroom, one bathroom apartment all to yourself. Full kitchen with open layout. Hosts are on site and can be available anytime to assist, give you a tour or just to answer questions.
