The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.

There is a private parking space just outside the apartment, a rarity in downtown. There is one parking space included!! Rare in downtown newport. There is strictly no partying as tenants live upstairs.
