Our property also boasts an award-winning restaurant & tavern, The Old Salt, serving lunch and dinner. In warmer months, we offer outdoor seating in addition to our indoor dining. Guests are asked to provide a credit card at check in for a refundable $50 deposit.

This listing is for (3) separate guestrooms located in our Harbor Cliffs building. One room is located on the 3rd floor, while the other two are located on the 2nd floor. Each spacious room offers a king bed, bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower, and sweeping views of the ocean across the street. The Harbor Cliffs offers a common living room and porch with furniture, and a kitchenette with coffee maker, ice, and glassware.

The Elms is a historic Queen Anne Victorian mansion built in 1882 to serve as luxury accommodations for international executives and dignitaries visiting the local paper mill. Overlooking the Presumpscot River across the street from the old mill, the building retains many of its original architectural details, featuring lofty ceilings, grand staircases, exquisite woodwork, and antique furniture.

Onsite parking, WiFi incl. As of November 8th, 2020 we will not be offering breakfast but will rather have a to go cafe for guests to purchase breakfast, lunch and appetizer items.
