Kick back and enjoy the 49" 4k Smart TV which includes a soundbar, Netflix, HBO, and basic cable TV channels. Our historic townhouse was built in 1850 and has been recently renovated. It sits on a well lit, tree lined street in one of the most desirable streets of Federal Hill (location is everything in Baltimore). There are dozens of popular bars and restaurants for night life. This is one of the safest neighborhoods in Baltimore and the surrounding neighbors are extremely friendly, most of whom are families. Check-in is via a door keypad, so no need to worry about coordinating your schedule for a key exchange. I live in California but my co-owner/host lives just a couple blocks away. I am always available to answer questions and am highly responsive via text/call and Airbnb message Federal Hill is considered one of the most convenient and walkable neighborhoods in all Baltimore, with this well-lit, tree lined street one of its most desirable. Stroll just 3 blocks to come to a choice of dozens of popular bars and restaurants. -Uber -Charm City Circulator (free bus stop 2 blocks away) -Water Taxi a few blocks away that can take you to the aquarium and anywhere else you want to go. -MARC Trains to DC -Zipcar -Less than a 20 minute drive from BWI and just a few short minutes drive to access I-95, which avoids the traffic cluster noticed in other Baltimore neighborhoods -Walking -Bike/scooter ride share programs No parties and no smoking! The maximum amount of people allowed on the property at any given time is 10. I reserve the right to ask for a valid form of identification at the time of check-in. Failure to provide may result in cancellation of the booking at the expense of the guest. I also require that guests be respectful of the neighbors, there are awesome people living in the surrounding townhouses including a family with a newborn baby next door...please be mindful of this fact at all times. Tenants of the store and studio apartment do not have access to your space. The property has "Smart Locks" which allow guests to enter with a custom pass code I set (and remove upon checkout) for each guest. Different guests want different things, so I'll try my best to accommodate you in the way you'll most appreciate. I grew up in the area, live just a few blocks away, and am often out and about in the neighborhood, enjoying all that Fells Point has to offer. Located in the heart of Baltimore's most charming neighborhood: Fell's Point! Conveniently located nearby Johns Hopkins Medical Center (1 mile). Great for walking: you can follow the waterfront promenade all the way from Fells Point, through the Inner Harbor, up to Federal Hill Park. Or stick around the neighborhood, window shop, and check out quirky stores and restaurants. Water Taxi is 100 feet away and has 10+ stops to bring you to all the top tourist destinations by scenic boat ride. Uber/Lyft are the best methods to get around quickly and often are only 1 or 2 minutes away. Parking is tricky, but if you're coming into town with a car, I can help you coordinate valet service with the hotel directly across the street, direct you to a nearby parking garage, or suggest free street parking a few blocks away. Parking directly outside of the property is hourly during the day (because of the prime location).
