The Kitchenette offers a ref, Coffee press, air fryer oven, induction burner, micro. It’s on a private road 10 min. to dwntwn & airport. The yard is partially fenced. Just down road from the Bridger & Gallatin vet. We allow well behaved dogs for a one time fee, please mark pet. We are powered by solar. There’s ac in the summer months.

Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.

Dexter Peak cabin, elegantly rustic near YNP/Chico

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!

Bridger View Bunkhouse

This brand new apartment in the new sought after area of Bozeman that has spectacular views of the Bridger Mountains and Spanish Peaks. Enjoy the creek with a walking and biking trail out the backyard. Just steps from The Gallatin County Regional Park and Dinosaur Park. The bunkhouse is a rustic 1 bedroom, set in God's own country. Perfect for a weekend getaway or base camp for your next hunting adventure. Located 9 miles outside of Augusta on a gravel road, 2 miles from Willow Creek Reservoir, near the Bob Marshal Wilderness, and just next door to some real western adventure! Think cowboys, stagecoaches, and hold ups! (available upon request)
