The house is approximately 1/4 mile from a new Dollar General and 3 miles from interstate I-10. In 2024 we did an interior renovation of the house, so that it now features LED lighting, freshly painted walls, new floors, new appliances, a tile shower, granite countertops, and brand new furniture. The 600 sq ft cottage has been remodeled keeping the old Southern style and charm that makes Mobile such a lovely city.
