The Studio is a very private guest house created from a former art studio, elegantly furnished with a country flair. Welcome to The Rustic Retreat This rustic cabin housed a family of 5 the first 4 years of developing the property that we continue working on. This space has a fully functioning kitchen, one private bedroom,and a twin bed in the loft. The bathroom is a European style wet bath with plenty of space to shower. We are situated in a prime location minutes to town on 5 acres. The tiny house and main house are roughly 100 feet apart and surrounded by tall trees.

This one room dry cabin (no running water) is a rustic retreat in a beautiful setting on our property. Lots of light. It has electricity, WiFi, table & chairs, double bed, heat, ceiling fan, AC, picnic table, and a fantastic view. No running water, no kitchen, no bathroom. There is a clean portapotty near parking. Quiet hrs 9p-7a. A small porch is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful river valley and some peace and quiet! One leashed dog allowed, no cats.
