With 4 beautiful lakeside cabins, a stylish home, an amazing sandy beach with a bar, a playground, access to the water, a volleyball court, great views, and plenty of space, you couldn't ask for more! We also have one dock that can support up to a 24-foot boat. For the lake, we offer kayaks and paddleboards to use for your enjoyment at no extra cost! Relax at this peaceful country hideaway after a day of touring the sites. Enjoy quiet outdoors while being less than a mile from the downtown district. Enjoy time on the patio with a fire and beverage with wildlife in the backyard. Perfect place to wind down and enjoy nature. As Schipp would say.... "It's the perfect hideaway!" This space is the entire basement, you may or may not share yard space with renters upstairs if rented. AC is controlled upstairs, but reach out if warm or cool.

Take a train ride, ride the Rail Explorers, kayak down the Des Moines River or visit the Ledges. Includes separate entrance and spacious living quarters. Has pool table, bar, and kitchenette area. Two comfortable separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom. We have dwarf Nigerian goats that love treats, and horses and ponies that love attention.
