Beach House with Fabulous Views

Our wonderful beach house at the West End of the island of Holden Beach is available off-season with a 3 night minimum, and on a weekly basis from Memorial Day through Labor day. We can sleep up to 7 with 4 bedrooms, and our home has unbeatable views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marsh and the Ocean. This end of the island is only 2 homes deep, and beach access is just across the street. There is a gate with a code to this end of the island, and vehicular traffic is very low as a result.

Oak Island Oceanfront – Top Floor 2BR Condo

Enjoy a perfect oceanfront family getaway on Oak Island's West Beach. This 2nd level unit of our beach house has separate entrance, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and sleeps six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, full size fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. Oak Island; a serene south facing beach you will love to stroll. "Sweet Little Cottage" is so close -1 1/3 short blocks away with no major street to cross. Stroll or bike the tree lined streets.Feel cool ocean breezes, hear soothing ocean sounds.Within walking distance to library, shopping, eateries, oceanfront dining coffee shop, ice cream parlor, Yaupon Pier Short drive to Community Center Exercise/Weight Room, tennis, basketball,Oak Island Golf Course. The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.
