The property is also surrounded by wooded trails that lead to a waterfront cove on Lake Hamilton. Kayaks are available for use Mar.-Oct. The best of both worlds. Only a short walk to downtown & Bath House Row, with a trailhead to the gorgeous North Mountain trail system right across from your front porch! Private suite in a cozy 1926 duplex cottage in the historic Park Avenue neighborhood. Front and back porches. Great for arts & culturally-inclined seeking peace and quiet. Queen size bed and wardrobe. Kitchenette with sink, fridge microwave & toaster oven. Full bathroom. WiFi and 23" TV screen for streaming. Off-street parking.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/events are not allowed.

Privacy Fenced Back Yard with a Grill and Outdoor Sitting Areas! Furbabies Welcome!!

The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.
