Our light filled, renovated home is the perfect place to relax for your next getaway. Beautifully furnished and providing all the amenities you need on a weekend away. Located away from the hustle and bustle within short walking distance to calm bay beaches and rock pools at low tide. Relax on our large elevated back deck with BBQ and table setting, or at garden level in our new lounge zone. 5-10 minute drive to the Penguin Parade, Moto GP track, amazing surf beaches and the central Cowes area.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Casa Frida Studio Moonlight cinema & pool

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. If you are after a 5-star hotel stay - we don't recommend our property - Come for the experience of Casa Frida!

No shared areas.

Hamptons Beach House Rhyll

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The house has free unlimited internet, a great covered deck with BBQ and a large fully fenced backyard.
