Come and stay awhile! Unwind and enjoy a relaxing stay in our 1790’s farmhouse with many original features, situated on 120 mostly-wooded acres in southern Maine. Our farm features a commercial maple syrup operation, 200 high bush blueberry plants, a vegetable garden, pumpkin and berry patches, a variety of fruit trees, honeybee hives, miles of old logging roads for walks, skiing/snowshoeing, meandering brook, patio and outdoor fireplace, free-range chickens, and two large rescue farm dogs.

You have a private keyed entrance to a one bedroom and one bath suite in a bungalow home with off street parking. Although attached to the primary home, you enter from your own covered patio and have the suite entirely to yourself. The bedroom has a queen bed, compact bathroom with shower and pleasant sitting area for two. A relaxing atmosphere with a morning coffee amenity!

Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
