Kevin built our barn a while back. Airbnb didn't exist and we were excited to be starting a goat dairy. Now the kitchen sits where we used to milk our sweet goats by hand! Kevin, a woodworker has created a work of art. We are happy to offer our guests a vacation space located in the heart of the mountains, 30 minutes from Asheville. 28 acres offer trails for hiking, disc golf, swimming in the pond, and decompress from your life's stress. Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

The cottage is a separate unit with a private entrance. 400 square feet with a bathroom, kitchenette, heart of pine antique floors. We are two miles from the Grove Park Inn and four miles from the Biltmore house. The space is appropriate for two adults or one adult and one child.
