Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

I built this place myself from the ground up to provide a high end experience for visitors to the Denver area. Second story apartment. High ceilings with south facing transom windows let in tons of natural light. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with high end fixtures, glass, tile and quartzite countertops. 1800s Victorian cast iron coat hanger at the top of the stairs to hang your coat! Master suite boasts a SLEEP NUMBER bed! Private, paved path to the entrance!

The studio is fully renovated and is perfect for one or two travelers. It comes with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and a private entrance with a small patio. There is plenty of street parking available, with a Starbucks and several bars/restaurants just 1 block away.
