Beach towels are provided, and you'll find a BBQ and comfortable seating in the courtyard.

Lovely bright renovated two storey home right on the canal, perfect for a weekend or holiday getaway. Park your boat at the dock and go crabbing or fishing in the estuary. No boat? Take a kayak and explore the canals or throw a fishing line and crab net right out from the dock. Or simply sit back and relax, watch the boats go by, spot the dolphins and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. This property would suit 4 adults and 4 children (max 6 adults). No pets as owner is allergic to most animals.

Rowley’s Lodge is situated on Sterling Estate in the shire of Capel and is an ideal property for couples visiting the area. Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
