Guest will need to SHARE common space such as KITCHEN, and BATHROOM with other guest Other things to now; Quest will be sharing space with the host. Please be considerate of other guest and lower your TV volume/noise after 10pm.

It’s only 3 stops away from the city. Take the N W or R train which are each 3 blocks away and voila super easy and convenient and we are 12mins away from LGA airport.

This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. Only one stop away from the city without the high city cost. You’ll love my place because of the location, how easy and quickly you can get into Manhattan, as well as the privacy your bedroom offers in the apartment. My place is great for individuals here on vacation or for business. There is Free WIFI in the apartment.
