The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Enjoy over 100 feet of level lake shore on Buchanan Lake. The 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on over an acre and situated on a dead end road. The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.
