Covered deck overlooks a picturesque riding arena, surrounded by huge oak trees and hill country views. Modern amenities include WiFi, full kitchen, equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker; lovely bathroom with walk-in, frameless-door shower. Our quarter log cabin is nestled on 10 acres. It sits on a western facing hillside overlooking the Fischer valley. Its a great place to get away from the city and crowds! Its location is very quiet and secluded. Go for a walk down the hiking trails where you may see deer, squirrels, hummingbirds, roadrunners, rabbits, grey foxes, lizards, butterflies.... Relax with your favorite beverage on the covered front porch where you can see amazing sunsets and the stars at night.

Cozy living area with a queen sleeper and a nice size bedroom. Downstairs offers a large seating area, half bath, and full size washer and dryer. For warm summer nights, enjoy an outdoor shower.

Hill Country River Ranch is 4 miles to main street. The Feed Mill is reminiscent of an old western feed store and sits on 28 acres. Our private access to the Pedernales River is only 200 yards away. This riverbank area is shared with other guests . We have a canoe, kayaks, picnic tables and BBQ pits for you to enjoy under the shaded pecan and oak trees. We are private, yet close enough for UberEats deliveries!
