We decided we couldn't keep this to ourselves and decided to open it up to families looking to create treasured memories during their trips to the river. Pool, spa, plenty of parking for all of you desert toys, plus nestled on a quiet but convenient street, the house has it all. It's a 5 minute drive to the Laughlin casinos or Katherine's Landing at Lake Mohave. Experience "The Sundance at Bullhead"!

Enjoy this centrally-located fully access home. We are minutes from LAKES, where you can enjoy your boat or jet ski and CASINO'S, where you can try your luck and win big. At home, enjoy BBQ on the grill outside on the patio. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen that includes: air fryer, blender, non stick pot ware, Keurig coffee maker, Crock Pot etc. Play the provided games (Monopoly, Jenga, Buzzed etc.) or watch one of the four TV's including the 65' Roku TV, with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more.

Our three-bedroom, two bath home sits on an over 10,000 square foot lot with an in-ground pool with Baja shelf as well as a jacuzzi for those nights after a day on the river or lake. Inside you'll find all the comforts of home with comfy beds, full kitchen and TV's in almost every bedroom. We love to unwind here whenever we can and hope you and your family make treasured memories as well!

1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.
