Tranquil Smithfield Cottage in Country Setting

My place is close to family-friendly activities , approx 5 mins from the Ashburton township and an hour away from the Christchurch airport and Mt Hutt Skifield. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children). In June 2019 we have added additional accommodation of two beds (without bathroom facilities just along from main unit) and table and chairs. Ideal for groups busy exploring. Bathoom facilities provided in main unit suitable for 6 people.

Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

This accommodation unit is situated on a working farm in the quietness of the countryside with all the comforts of home. Common room with queen bed, includes full kitchen, microwave, oven, fridge, fireplace, bathroom, television, and DVD player, Sky TV. A private garden is also part of the quiet countryside accommodation.

Spacious and stylish this property is perfect if you are looking for a restful country experience, travelling, skiing at the Mt Hutt Ski Field or exploring the countryside which includes 'Edoras' (Mt Sunday), Lord of the Rings filming location. This well equipped property is also perfect for business stays.
