The Villa Sikia is a real paradise in the heart of the old town of Parikia. Ideally situated 100 m from the beach and 30 m from the nearest shop, you can do everything by foot : beaches, visits, shopping and night life. With friends or family you can enjoy this house of 120 m² and its beatiful terrace and garden with bougainvilleas and the smell of fig trees .
