The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

The Tack Room - rural boutique retreat for two

A beautifully tasteful stable conversion within the gardens of Walnut Tree Cottage - a 15th century Tudor thatched cottage. Finished to the highest standards to provide light, airy and spacious accommodation. Located within the South Downs National Park - close to Arundel, Worthing, Findon, Goodwood. An ideal base for sightseeing, cycling & walking. Secure locked bicycle shed and bike wash down area. Private decked area with table and chairs for relaxing with a drink at the end of the day.

Little Saltspring bijou seaside home near Arundel

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

Situated in a good residential area with Worthing Railway station, shops, restaurants, takeaways and pubs within 5-15mins walk. About 13 miles from Brighton and Chichester and 8 miles from rustic Arundel. The Annex

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. “The Hideaway” is located in the peaceful village of Houghton, just moments from where the South Downs Way crosses the River Arun. This oak-framed garden room offers studio-style, open-plan living with a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a separate private bathroom. French doors open onto a secluded garden area, perfect for al fresco dining, a morning coffee in the sun, or simply relaxing while soaking up beautiful, uninterrupted views of the South Downs.

Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest.
