Murmur y Coed

Murmur y Coed translates simply to the murmur of trees and sits in a tranquil spot at the end of a private driveway, the closest property to the forest and beach. Llanddwyn Island and beach are one of Wales’ most popular and enchanting spots to visit. It's a lovely walk through the woods to Llanddwyn Beach, you may even see some of the famous red squirrels of Newborough Forest. We are dog friendly and have plenty of outdoor space along with direct access to the Wales Coastal Path.

Enjoy a stay in this beautifully refurbished, 19th Century quarrymans cottage, tastefully updated to provide contemporary high quality accommodation. Featuring oak beams, the main living space is open plan having been divided in seperate areas with comfy seating, hand built kitchen and dining area. It is perfectly located for visiting Anglesey and North Wales. Eryri (Snowdonia) is around 20 minutes away and everything on Anglesey is on hand. Also 3 supermarkets nearby.

Located on the Anglesey Outdoors site, Excalibur sleeps 2 in a queen sized bed. Pod comes complete with kettle and microwave and has use of the shower facilities just a short walk away. Anglesey Outdoors is 10 minutes walk from the blue flag beach at Porth Dafarch and the Anglesey Coastal Path making it ideal for all things outdoors.
