This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Guests can swim in the pool, enjoy walks and bike rides in Krka National Park, excellent wine and gastronomy, stunning beaches about 20 km away, or city tours of Šibenik, Zadar and Split.

New modern penthouse with 3 bedrooms : 2 bedrooms are with double beds and third bedroom with single bed. In the living room there is a large sofa that 2 people can sleep on. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. A big wooden table with colorful siting can accommodate 9 people. On hot summer days guests appreciate most about our apartment, modern air condition & love spending time in outdoor areas - balcony and huge backyard with trampoline.

The 1-room apartment with air conditioning is on the ground floor and is cozy and small (approx. 20 sqm), functionally furnished, for max. 2 people! The studio was extensively renovated in spring 2023 and is simple but equipped with everything you need. It is quietly located and can be reached via a separate entrance (with a small terrace) in the rear garden of our holiday home. The patio and loungers are available to apartment guests for eating and relaxing.

Apartment ROSA with sea view

Rosa is apartment 47m2+private balcony 4m2 in the building with a view on the sea channel. Apartment is on the 2nd floor (if you need to get luggage and bags I'll help, and carry them up for you) from center old town walking distance 15-20 minute. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). All furniture is made of the natural materials, linen, towels and the rest canavas are made of cotton.

Villa Bellevue is perfect for the guest who wishes to have an idyllic and tranquil holiday away from the crowded tourism on the coast, yet be close enough to enjoy the coastal amenities. The villa is just 4km from the beach and from Rogoznica with its shopping, cafes and restaurants. Yet the house is surrounded on all sides by panoramic countryside views and has just one villa neighbour.

Mala kamena kuća sa pogledom na more, velikom terasom i mjesto za parkiranje. Unutarnji prostor se sastoji od galerije sa dva kreveta . U donjem dijelu nalazi se otvoreni prostor sa kuhinjom, blagovaonicom dnevni boravak sa velikim kaučom na rasklapanje za dvije osobe i kupaonica sa tuš kabinom. Kuća ima poseban ulaz a odmah pokraj ulaza i svoje parkiralište.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
