This is a family home. The studio apt. is located on the main floor of my home, and has everything you need. The area has a busy street infront of my house. It is close (200-500 metres) to all the shops, beaches, restaurants and just a little away from the daily rush and crowds. The Villa has big heated pool (8x4 metres) which is shared with other 3 apartments in the house as well as the garden and children playground. It has private parking.- all in price. The neighborhood is residental safe area and ideal for your holiday!
