Solis Rogoznica is a charming stone house, thoughtfully built using stones gathered from the hills overlooking Rogoznica. Nestled among olive trees on a hillside, it is just a 3-minute drive (12 minute walk) from the main road and the nearest beach. With its traditional green shutters—a true symbol of Dalmatian heritage—the house captures the timeless spirit of the region. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers complete tranquility, complemented by breathtaking sunsets each evening.

Enjoy the best experience of Split old town in Riva View Apartment. Perfectly located in the middle of Riva on the 1st floor, you will enjoy the beautiful view on the islands from your balcony. The apartment has been completely renovated to reveal the authenticity of the Diocletian Palace stone walls and provide the maximum comfort during your stay. You will find the closest public paid Parking just few hundred meters from the apartment and the Ferry port is a 5 minutes walk away.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. 200 g. stara kuća, obnovljena u tradicionalnom stilu upotpunjena s modernom opremom. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

In our spacious apartment, you will enjoy a 180° Sea view and reside at a high standard. We have stable WIFI, working tables, efficient cooling and floor heating. You are 5 walking minutes away from beach, bakery or grocery store. Connect this apartment with the 4 Seasons Rogoznica studio for a trip with your favorite group (max 8 pple). Our apartment was renovated in 2024 & is fully functioning. The façade and outer environment are currently under construction.

Villa Elena, apartman ELENA - novo uređeno

Apartman Elena nalazi se na samom centru stare jezgre prekrasne Rogoznice, nekoliko stepenica hoda kamenom ulicom od crkve i sunčane rive. Svi bitniji sadržaji od restorana, caffe barova, trgovina, trgova i prekrasnih plaža udaljeni su ne više od 600 metara od objekta. Sam smještaj ima prekrasan pogled. Apartment is on first floor offering wonderful sea view from spacious terrace that can be used for lunch / socializing. Heated pool is always available for usage. Beachfront offers free sunbeds and shaders. Beach is nearby. Apartment was renovated in 2023. with new bathrooms, new kitchen and some furniture like beds and outdoor table/chairs.
