Gostima je na raspolaganju i ograđeno privatno dvorište s roštiljem, kao i osigurano privatno parkiralište. U sklopu objekta nalazi se i veliki zajednički bazen. Apartman se nalazi svega 8 minuta hoda od pješčane plaže Pliša.
