Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Modern, conveniently located, cosy, clean & fully private studio apartment. Perfect for short stays close to the centre of York - a street away from the city walls and 5 mins walk to York Minster. Free off-street parking if arriving by car or just over a mile from train station. WiFi, TV, fully equipped kitchenette & drinks provided. Can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults (2 sharing a bed) Private entrance, self check-in for very flexible (& early) arrivals/departures & no interference.

Little Hawthorn Studio

This is a romantic little hideaway. With its own entrance and and lovely outdoor seating. The mattress is top quality. There is small living room/ kitchen, that is just big enough to prepare food and has everything you need - fridge, hot plate, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The pub across the road serves lovely food and beer and has atmosphere. Lovely views and great walking. Wood burning stove in the bedroom. We love people and will be happy to help but will respect your privacy.

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Come and stay in the beautiful village of Rosedale Abbey in the spectacular North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Moo’s is our converted stone cottage with a lovely living kitchen with cast iron stove and a vintage country feel. A handmade turned staircase leads up to the en-suite bedroom with metal bed stead and roll top bath. Adjacent there is a spacious covered patio area with seating, dining and storage, which looks across to an outdoor patio with fruit trees seating and parking space.

Stay in a beautifully restored 1777 Annex with 9 acres of countryside to explore. Cosy bedroom with wooden beams, French doors to wildflower meadows, and a moon gate leading to rolling hills. Relax in the hot tub with panoramic views (wildlife spotting included!), picnic under our 100 year-old oak tree, or enjoy the quirky honesty-bar kitchen. Close to Manchester, Leeds, Halifax, and charming Yorkshire villages, perfect for a peaceful escape with a touch of magic (hot tub £30 per night)

The Studio at Edenbrook

The Studio is a contemporary, cosy, recently refurbished, stand-alone annexe. It is self-contained and has it's own private entrance. Ideal for a quiet getaway for couples who want the peace of this beautiful village but to have historic York only 4 miles away. The Studio is on the Route 66 cycle path, and you are minutes away from woodland and country walks of outstanding beauty. The village is well served with a bakery, bistro, village store, pub, beauty and hair salon and pharmacy.

It is on the edge of the Peak District with many local attractions, such as Chatsworth and Hardwick Hall.
