Windmill Farm

Windmill Farm is a Grade 2 listed large yet cosy farm house located in Yarnton with excellent links to Oxford city centre (5 miles) and Woodstock (4 miles). The house has three floors and benefits from 2 sitting rooms, a breakfast room and large dining room which makes it perfect for entertaining. There is a large garden and plenty of beautiful walks nearby including round Blenheim Palace (3.5 miles). In addition to the house we have a gym, a table tennis table and stables.

Private self-contained annexe renovated to a high standard in 2023 in an Oxfordshire village on the edge of the Cotswolds. An ideal base for exploring Oxford, Blenheim Palace, and the Cotswolds or for working in the Oxford area. Cherry Nook has its own entrance and private garden and is set back from neighbouring buildings giving a lovely, private feel, and plenty of space for a longer stay. Welcome to The Little Fern. 🌿 Situated in a peaceful village at the end of a cul-de-sac, The Little Fern is a brand new self-contained studio with off-street parking. Blenheim Palace, Oxford Airport and Oxford Parkway are all a short drive away. Woodstock also close by, is a beautiful place to visit with a variety of shops, restaurants and amenities.
