McMinnville Farm with a view, close to town!

The brick home sits in the middle of about a 100 acre farm, of which 90 acres are hazelnuts. It sits on a hill, bordered by the North Yamhill River on one side and Hwy 47 on another side, with Poverty Bend Rd on the 3rd side. On the 4th side are grass seed fields belonging to another farmer. We will generally be available, but not intrusive. You might see John and Judy weeding the flower beds or picking apples or figs!! We can also take you wine tasting if you like!!

This country 5-acre setting has a 1 BR, 1 Bath 1,664 sq. ft. guest house that is filled with tons of natural light. Come to enjoy its peace and tranquility and also close by to multiple Wine tasting venues, the luxury Allison Inn and Spa, ocean beaches, and so much more!
