The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Tall Pines Guest Suite

A spacious annexe with a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and large bedroom with double bed. Large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Situated just outside the lovely market town of Farnham, the annexe is only a 20 min walk from town and Farnham train station, which provides a direct line to London Waterloo. The local area is surrounded by many scenic walks, including Bourne Wood, which was the location for many famous film sets such as Gladiator. Frensham Pond is a 10 min drive away.

Blacknest Cabin with access to Alice Holt forest

The Cabin is a self contained space in the garden of a rural cottage in The South Downs National Park. It consists of a kitchen with oven/hob, fridge and microwave and table and chairs. A bathroom with a shower. A large space with a double bed, sofa, wood burner and tv, there is also a camp bed or travel cot available. It sits beautifully with views of fields and has access out of the back gate to Alice Holt Forest containing a historical arboretum, Go ape and the popular Gruffalo trail.

The main entertaining space will inspire cooks with two Bosch electric fan ovens, an inbuilt Bosch coffee machine plus a five gas hob. LED lighting adds a Friday night disco vibe - connect to the two Sonos speakers for great surround sound. The entertaining space opens up on to the sandstone terrace with practical table and chairs to easily seat 12. It's a proper south facing sun trap with gas Heston Bbq and chimenea.
