Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Please note - bathroom refurbishment completed March 2026. The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but it no longer has a separate shower.

Beautiful olde worlde cottage with two good sized double bedrooms and practical living area. Low ceilings make it atmospheric but do watch your heads especially on the stairs! Perfect for business use, the cottage is just next to the bus route and close to M1 for a journey stopover.
