Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

Just the perfect cabin. This newly built, passive solar house has a wood-burning stove, incredible views and is drenched with light. The house is intimate yet connected to the outside, with total seclusion and every imaginable modern convenience! It’s an architect-designed marvel of concrete, glass and reclaimed wood that sits on 135 acres of field and forest with a lovely swimming pond and miles of hiking trails. The cabin sleeps up to 6 people in two bedrooms and a spacious sleeping loft.

Welcome to our bungalow on a private family farm. We offer a 3 bedroom, 4 bed location (1 queen, 1 full, 2 twin beds) in Woodbourne NY. There is quiet greenery and a large backyard for kids and pets to play outdoors while you BBQ. We are pet friendly. Amenities include kitchen with stove, fridge, coffee machine, toaster oven, wifi, tv, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor or indoor dining. Air conditioning on the living area only. Night time temperature drops and air conditioning is not necessary.
